Please allow 4-6 weeks from the time you send your order to receipt of your first issue. If you have not received an issue after at least 6 weeks, please Email us with your address details and we will confirm your subscription start date.
The date your subscription expires can be found on your issue mailing label. If you have additional questions, you may log into Customer Care at any time or Email us with your account information.
Due to potential delays with the USPS we are unable to send out replacement copies but we can extend your subscription by one issue. Log into Customer Care and let us know which issue did not arrive or was damaged in the mail.
If you have already paid or renewed and continue to receive notices from us, it is possible our correspondence has crossed in the mail. You can confirm it’s received and check the status of your account anytime by logging into Customer Care. You will need your current address and/or your account number (found on your magazine label) to sign in.
