• Michael Phelps is back to full strength and headlining the USA Swimming National Championships. Catch replays of his races from earlier this week (he’s scratched from Friday’s 100-meter freestyle due to a sore neck) as well as other stars — backstroker Aaron Peirsol and ageless wonder Dara Torres during NBC’s tape-delayed coverage on Saturday (July 11, 1/noon c) and Sunday (July 12, 2/1c). Phelps will appear on The Tonight Show With Conan O'Brien on Tuesday (July 14, 11:35/10:35c, NBC)…

• The U.S. Women’s Open — one of women’s golf’s majors — continues all weekend at the Saucon Valley Country Club in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania (Friday, July 10, 2/1c, ESPN; Saturday and Sunday, July 11-12, 3/2c, NBC)…

• The PGA Tour is at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Illinois, for the John Deere Classic, with Round 2 on Friday (3/2c, Golf Channel), and Rounds 3 and 4 on Saturday and Sunday (3/2c, CBS)…

NASCAR is in Chicago this weekend, with the Nationwide race Friday (8/7, ESPN) and the Sprint Cup on Saturday (8/7c, TNT)…

• Helio, Danica &. Co. take the IndyCar Series to Toronto on Sunday (1/noon c, ABC)…
