The Vampire Diaries Heats Up!
By Damian Holbrook  October 15, 2009 11:35 AM EST

“You ain’t seen nothin’ yet.” So teases-slash-promises Vampire Diaries exec producer Kevin Williamson about tonight’s flashback episode that finally opens Elena’s eyes to the Salvatore boys’ bloodsucking past.

“Wait until you see this one! It’s like the second half of the [last week’s] episode,” says Williamson, adding that things will never be the same once our fair heroine has all the facts. “Elena has to know. The story doesn’t start until she does…now the story starts.”

As does what Williamson calls the “winning combination” of Damon and Vicki, who was last seen becoming the nasty vamp’s late-night snack. “You are gonna fall in love with her this week,” he previews. “Stefan took Damon’s ring so he has to stay in the house during the day. He’s bored, so he takes Vicki with him…they party like rocks stars all day long, they just get drunk and party at the mansion.”

How the two fare once the sun goes down remains to be seen, but you know what they say: the freaks come out at night. And Halloween is right around the corner!
