Peter Fonda may be Hollywood royalty, but viewers will see the him in a new light when he guest stars on the November 8 episode of Showtime's
Californication. The
Easy Rider star plays himself as a long-term client of Sue Collini’s (
Kathleen Turner) company where Charlie (
Evan Handler) recently began working.
After Fonda announces that he’s thinking about changing representation, the pair hightail it to his Malibu trailer to sweet talk him in to staying on board. “Peter was mellow, hilarious and seemed to enjoy himself quite a bit,” executive producer Tom Kapinos tells
tvguidemagazine.com. “We went looking for a counter-culture icon, never thinking we’d land the most iconic of them all. Long may he ride!”
