Flash Cast Looks Forward
by William Keck  November 02, 2009 11:37 AM EST

Now that we’ve had a chance to get to know FlashForward ’s characters and what their lives will look like on April 29, 2010, I thought it would be fun to learn what the show’s actors would flash forward to in their own futures. (BTW, my personal flash-forward is scoopy: I catch a glimpse of Ally McBeal vet Gil Bellows popping up in an episode next year.)

Joseph Fiennes (Mark): “This may sound morbid, but it would be quite intriguing to know how I die.”

John Cho (Demetri): “I’d flash forward to the last season of Mad Men to see if Don Draper stays with his wife, Betty.”

Sonya Walger (Olivia): “I wouldn’t want a flash-forward at all—not in any shape or form. I even avoid horoscopes.”

Courtney B. Vance (Stanford): “I’d want to see where my children [3-year-old twins Bronwyn and Slater, with wife Angela Bassett] go to college.”

Christine Woods (Janis): “Before I buy a home, I would flash forward to see if California’s going to become an island [because of]global warming.”

Dominic Monaghan (Simon): “I want to make sure [U.K. soccer team] Manchester United wins the European Cup at least three times in the next 10 years.”

Jack Davenport (Lloyd): “Well, that’s not going to happen, Dom. I would want to see that Arsenal beat Manchester United and won the European Cup.”
