Rebecca Mader, who was prematurely killed off
Lost last season, has agreed to reprise her role of anthropologist Charlotte Lewis after completing a string of back-to-back films—including “The Men Who Stare at Goats,” with George Clooney, and 2010’s “Ceremony,” with Uma Thurman. “I am beyond thrilled to be returning to Lost!” Mader e-mailed me. “Being a part of this show has been one of the greatest moments in my career thus far. I’m excited to see everyone!” Everyone, I assume, includes that polar bear skeleton Charlotte discovered in the Tunisian desert. (Please, let her return finally explain how that creature got there!)
