First, the bad news: After giving birth just weeks ago to her fourth child—daughter Lou, with husband Seal—Heidi Klum won’t be strutting the runway at this year’s
Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show (Tuesday, 12/1, 10/9c, CBS). But that won’t stop her from looking oh-so-sexy as host of the annual extravaganza. “I’m not going to come in a muumuu,” laughs the 36-year-old supermodel. “It is Victoria’s Secret, after all. I’ll be wearing something close to the body and superhot.”
As will model Marisa Miller, who’s going to be sporting a $3 million bra studded with more than 2,000 diamonds—this season’s piece of fantasy lingerie, a fixture that has become as synonymous with the event as those divine winged angels. Of course, most viewers aren’t tuning in for the bling. “I hope they’re not! Otherwise, I’d be out of business,” Klum says. “We have some of the most beautiful girls in the world.”
No arguments here—and with past winged walkers like Adriana Lima and Karolina Kurkova both joining the
Project Runway host in motherhood recently, it looks like an übergeneration of future catwalkers could be on the way. Teases Klum, “We have to make new angels!” Heaven help us.
